Need a place for an event or meeting?

Interested in renting our hall or church?
St. Augustine's welcomes non-profit community organizations, members of our church, and groups we sponsor to use our sanctuary and fellowship hall. If your organization is interested in using our facilities, please follow these instructions:
​Just follow these steps:
  1. Check your eligibility. At this time, use of our fellowship hall is limited to local non-profit organizations, church members, and groups sponsored by St. Augustine's. If you have questions about eligibility, please contact admin@staugustineskohala.com. 
  2. Check our facilities calendar for availability. Please check to see if our facilities are available the day of your event or meeting, and check the details about our facilities to be sure they will work for you.
  3. Fill out this easy form.
  4. Wait for email confirmation from St. Augustine's. 
  5. If a rental contract is attached to the email confirmation, please complete, sign, and email it to St. Augustine's for final approval.
  6. Provide event proof of insurance. If you have applied to use our kitchen, you'll also need to provide proof of safe food handling.
  7. Pay fees (if any). See our fee schedule below.
  8. Wait for signed and approved rental contract. 
  9. Have a great event!

​FEES & REQUIREMENTS for building rental
 You must be a non-profit organization, St. Augustine's member, or a group sponsored by St. Augustine's to reserve Walker Hall. Reserving Walker Hall with kitchen access requires the following:
  • $25 per hour (two-hour minimum to allow set-up and clean-up time) or $150 per day.
  • A $100 damage deposit, refundable upon positive facility inspection and equipment inventory after your event.
  • A nonrefundable $35 cleaning fee.
  • Proof of safe food handling certification from the State of Hawai'i for a member of your group who will be on site (with their certification) during your event.
  • Day-of-event insurance (must be insured for each day you'll be using our facilities).
    Reserving Walker Hall without kitchen access requires the following:
  • $10 per hour (two-hour minimum to allow set-up and clean-up time) ​or $60 per day.
  • Day-of-event insurance (must be insured for each day you'll be using our facilities).

HANDY CHECKLIST
Your reservation is not complete until all items on this checklist are done: 
  • Complete the online form and send.​​​
  • Complete and send the rental contract.
  • Provide proof of insurance and, if you are also renting the kitchen, provide proof of safe food handling.
  • Pay the fees.
  • Receive a final approved and signed rental contract from St. Augustine's.
